For these clients, we provide Tenant Representation services for Commercial Office, Retail, Residential, Industrial and Land acquisition, sale and leasing. Our role is to act as the Client’s advisor and negotiator in identifying locations and acquiring sites and premises, renegotiating existing leases or settling rent reviews.

Since the firm’s International’s inception, the emphasis has always been on providing consultancy and research services to its clients. This dedication to the client eliminates any potential conflict of interest as the firm rarely represents landlords as full building agents.

Location: Asia Pacific Region (16+ locations)
Size: 150,000+ square foot portfolio
Services Provided: Appointed by CISCO Corporate to create a tool to undertake strategic lease management of their portfolio, locate new accommodation, perform market studies, negotiate with landlords, and provide general strategic advice.
Value Added: Minimization of occupancy cost and increased flexibility to strategically assess their accommodation requirements from a strategic perspective.

 

Client: NIKE Inc.
Location: Asia Pacific Region (10 + locations)
Size: 850,000 + square foot portfolio
Services Provided: Appointed by NIKE Corporate as their service provider throughout Asia, India and Australia/New Zealand. Scope of work involved site assessment and acquisition of distribution facilities, corporate country headquarters, and employee residential relocation analysis and implementation (involving 85 staff in total), audit and risk analysis of lease obligations, negotiation of office, retail and industrial lease transactions, build to suit analysis, coordination with client space fit-out and regional reporting to Asia Pacific and Corporate Headquarters.
